Kettlebell AMPD

A fun, heart-pumping group fitness format integrating kettlebell weights with upbeat music. Using choreographed moves and traditional strength training, the workout engages the entire body for 45 minutes of calorie torching fun. The program uses light weight kettlebells, in both traditional and non traditional ways for an effective full body workout. Combining benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this is a safe and effective group fitness workout for all ages and fitness levels. 

HIIT Cardio

This class uses high intensity intervals paired with short periods of rest so you can work at a higher heart rate level and burn more calories in a shorter period of time than steady state cardio, getting a more efficient workout! If you’re interested in an extremely challenging cardio class that pushes you harder than you’ve ever been pushed, this is the class for you!


Yogalates

A combination of Yoga and Pilates designed to develop strength, flexibility and an overall balanced, healthy body. This slow-paced mat format focuses on firming and strengthening the core muscles. Some other benefits include improving posture and relieving stress.


Cardio Mix 

Avoid the plateau and mix it up! Each class is the instructor's choice of a variety of cardio interval training options. These may include drills, stations, Kickboxing, steps, and other surprise elements! Keep your heart rate up and your body and mind alert!


Body Max

This class uses a mix of various power moves and equipment such as bands, BOSUs, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars to help build muscle and burn calories


Total Body Circuit 

A combination of strength and cardio will be utilized during this total body workout by having you move station to station to help you build muscle and burn fat.  A variety of equipment will be used to keep you moving throughout this circuit.


Yoga

Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing with an emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from the joints and muscles.
