Total Body Circuit

A combination of strength and cardio will be utilized during this total body workout by having you move station to station to help you build muscle and burn fat. A variety of equipment will be used to keep you moving throughout this circuit.

HIIT Cardio

This class uses high intensity intervals paired with short periods of rest so you can work at a higher heart rate level and burn more calories in a shorter period of time than steady state cardio, getting a more efficient workout! If you’re interested in an extremely challenging cardio class that pushes you harder than you’ve ever been pushed, this is the class for you!


A 4 part fitness system that utilizes the centered and balanced principles of Yoga as an active recovery for a segmented class in Plyometric interval movements. Starting with a ballistic warm-up, transitioning into our interval segment, getting briefly CRAZY in our 3rd segment, and then yoga perfection! You will use every movement and core plane evenly in Plyoga. Let us help you find your inner athlete!

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD is a fun, heart-pumping group fitness format integrating kettlebell weights with upbeat music. Using choreographed moves and traditional strength training, the workout engages the entire body for 45 minutes of calorie torching fun. The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways for an effective full-body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this is a safe and effective group fitness workout for all ages and fitness levels.


Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
